Critique

The critiques I had on my banners were to speed it up, make the legs move or snow move,, and cut out Dunkin Deals because we only needed 3 parts.

This is my second final banner. It has the same concept. The only thing that's different is that the sleigh picks up the cup of coffee.

This is my first final banner. I decided to add a sleigh because of the play on words. I wanted to emphasize that the man gets the fuel from Dunkin' Donuts.

Banner Project

This is my final storyboard for the Banner Project.

For my banner I am choosing to do option one about Dunkin' Donuts. My plan is to do a holiday based theme for free drinks available during the holiday season. The first component will say "What's fueling your sleigh this holiday season?". The image will have the running man from dunkin' donuts but it will have some holiday elements with holiday colors. The second will say "Recieve the gift of a free 24oz Mint hot chocolate or a peppermint mocha coffee". The third will say "Dunkin' Deals every Monday in December." with the dates on the side. 12/3 12/10 12/17 /12 24. The last component will say "Get your coupon on facebook". The ending will show the Dunkin' Donuts logo maybe with the saying "Santa runs on Dunkin.

This is my motion design for the organization World Vision.

This is my second version. It is just a little bit different because I had a different idea about how to show the fight against hunger.

My Script for the social cause project:

This is my revised storyboard.  I added a color image to the background. I changed some of the transitions and I changed the keyframe with GTL.

This is my revised storyboard. I added a background image of a record. I changed the beginning of the video to Yo! MTV Raps. I also made the type get bigger in the to show a build up to I WANT MY MTV.

This is my storyboard. I am doing the evolution of MTV. I am taking the viewer on a journey of key moments in MTV history. It is in a clock motion to represent time.

Moodboard

This is my moodboard. My focus is on the bright colors on black background.  I want to make a more modern bumper rather than something from the 80s. I want to use bright colors for the type and have a simple background.

After watching some MTV shoes my impression is that the shows are based towards young adults about different social  and culture issues. What I have noticed is that MTV has a lot of reality shows based off of a group of people who usually end up doing something they hadn't intended to. While watching these shows, there are a lot of different camera types. It seems like they use a certain camera for the "old type" feel. While watching Teen Mom and 16 and pregnant, I saw a lot of animations. They used simple animation to go along with the story and outlines of the people in the shows.
